WHO WE ARE
Our family run Cat Bothy is located just outside the city of Brechin and is set in beautiful Angus countryside. The Cat Bothy is within our own specially designed gardens, with views of adjacent woodland. We offer a safe and secure environment where guests enjoy round the clock care, cuddles and attention. Because we're small, we can treat each guest as an individual, to ensure they enjoy a comfortable, entertaining, and stress free stay with us.
WHY CHOOSE US
Our expansive rooms, accommodating up to three cats from the same family, surpass standard cattery "pens." Divided into cozy bedroom and play areas, they feature ample space for furniture, toys, and personal items. Bathed in natural light, each room creates a relaxing haven with windows and inviting nooks, perfect for cat-napping.
Our rooms have thermostatically controlled pet safe heating throughout, and our specially designed building is insulated to the same standard as a new build home, ensuring that a comfortable temperature maintained all year round.
Most cats love a view, and we've designed our whole building with this in mind. Our rooms face North or East. Each room has a window overlooking the adjacent woodland, and deep windowsills to lounge on. The window gives access to a large private outdoor balcony. This is a wonderful place for cats to soak up the sun and sniff the fresh Angus air, whilst remaining safe and secure.
Using the highest quality materials throughout, our rooms are hygienic and spotlessly clean. Our facilities far exceed council licensing and vet requirements, and are fully insured.
